a trip into the world of an Italian sheep shepherd. You will be able to see
the makings of Pecorino (Italian sheep cheese) from start to finish. Michele’s
family has been making cheese for generations and they still follow the old
tradition – everything is done by hand from the milking to the making
of the cheese and the whole process is organic. Watching a family tradition
unfold before your eyes is sure to make for a great afternoon. The visit includes
a sample of cheese freshly made together with bruschetta with home-made bread
and olive oil and a glass of wine that is for you to taste the products of
this farm as well.
